Delivery & Collection Guidelines

• Ensure the filter is clear of any liquids. This is very important as leakage during transit will mean that the courier may refuse to deliver!
• Place the items in a plastic bag and seal it.
• Pack the items in a robust cardboard box using plenty of packaging to ensure no damage can take place during transit.

• Search for ‘Autojob’ in the ‘Find your retailer’ box.
• Under this in the ‘Reason for return’ box, click the word ‘Repair’.
• Type ‘0’ in the ‘Order Number’ box.
• Click on the ‘Continue as a guest guest’ button to go to the next page.
• Follow instructions on screen to get the free shipping.

Payments

• Items must be paid for prior to return.
• Autojob does not provide a credit facility.
• Cheques will not be accepted.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Bank Draft, PayPal (additional charge), Stripe.
• New & Refurbished DPF units plus 23% VAT
• DPF cleaning service plus 13.5% VAT
